In Spanish, El Mayor means 'the greatest'. Añejo (which means 'aged') must be matured for at least a year, but this tequila is aged up to 3 years in small, charred, white oak barrels. Made from 100% blue agave, this is a tequila for quiet contemplation and late-night conversations.
