Oregon is enjoying a string of great

vintages, with 2014, ’15 and ’16 all

poised to become instant classics.

So far, 2016 is too close to call,

but

Wine Spectator

rated the 2014

vintage at 96 points (classic) and

projected 2015 at 93-96 points

(outstanding to classic). This could

be the best run of vintages in

Oregon’s history – which is a big

reason the Willamette Valley was

named 2016 Wine Region of the

Year by
