Family Matters

Raised in Niagara, Carolyn Hurst and her husband, Grant Westcott, left behind careers in IT and banking to follow their dream of starting a family winery. Son Garett joined as vineyard manager in 2013, and daughter Victoria joined as customer experience manager in 2015, bringing the whole family together. This elegant Pinot Noir, grown in Westcott’s estate vineyard, is a perfect wine to share with your own family (immediate or extended) at your next holiday gathering.

WESTCOTT ESTATE PINOT NOIR 2013
VQA Vinemount Ridge,
Niagara Escarpment
427500 (D) 750 mL $30.00

TASTING NOTE: Smooth, silky and seductive Niagara Pinot Noir from one of the fastest rising wineries in the region reputation-wise. Medium-bodied and smooth with aromas of dark cherry, violets and earth. There were less than two tons an acre for this wine so it’s intensely flavoured. Pair with grilled chicken.
