This traditional Latvian herbal bitters was created in the 18th century and combines a secret list of 24 plants, flowers, buds, juices, roots, oils and berries. This is very bitter with a lively, sweet undertone. It makes a great digestif on the rocks or mix it with akvavit or vodka. It is also served in hot tea for a great warm drink.
