The Classics Collection

JANUARY 2008

The VINTAGES Classics Collection offers the highest quality in fine wines and premium spirits from the best producers and regions in the world. For each edition, VINTAGES’ buyers seek out products that set the standard of excellence. Whether it is the wines of the top chateaux of Bordeaux or Grand Crus from Burgundy, Tokaji from Hungary or Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa or favourites from New Zealand and South Africa, you will find variety, quality and prestige in the Classics Collection.

In this Collection, you will discover an exceptional array of flagship products from California wineries, including Shafer’s Hillside Select Cabernet, Vérité’s La Joie and several single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars.

The selection from Down Under includes four offerings from the very fine cellars of Kilikanoon Wines including the R Reserve Shiraz, as well as top-drawer wines like Grant Burge Meshach Shiraz and Glaetzer Goldophin Shiraz/Cabernet. Fans of New Zealand wines will surely be interested in the latest vintage from one of that country’s greatest wineries Stonyridge, with their much-sought after Larose.

From Europe, we have First and Second Growth Bordeaux from the classic 2004 vintage; Burgundies from the coveted 2005 vintage; great wines from Loire’s legendary biodynamic pioneer, Nicolas Joly; a selection of superior sweet wines from Austria’s Alois Kracher; plus superstars from Tuscany, including the 2004 vintage of both Ornellaia and Sassicaia in a variety of sizes.

Spirit-lovers take note — this offer includes a 37-year-old Islay Scotch from Bowmore; 34-year-old Highland Scotch from Glenfiddich; and 30-, 50-, and 52-year-old Armagnac from Laubade. And for the first time in this Collection, Japanese whiskies.

VINTAGES invites you to discover the superb wines and spirits in our latest Classics Collection.

PER-CUSTOMER LIMITS

We do our best to secure enough stock to satisfy all customer orders. We regret that sometimes customer demand may exceed supply. In order to distribute the products more equitably throughout customer orders, all products in this offer are subject to per-customer limits. Per-customer limits will be set after all faxed,
e-mailed, and mailed orders received by the deadline have been entered. Limits
will be based on total demand for those products which are found to be ‘over ordered’. In the event that any limited products are available after initial e-mail, fax and mail orders are processed, limits will be removed for telephone ordering at 9 am on Friday, February 8, 2008.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
