Vintages will continue to accept
orders after 5:00 pm on May 9, however, priority
will be given to those orders received by the deadline.
We will confirm your order by either phone or fax.
E-mail Ordering
Order by e-mail. Simply download the Excel order form:
Fill out the order form and send it as an attachment by e-mail to vintagesorders@lcbo.com. You will need Excel (version 1997 or higher) to open the respective attachments. For security reasons, please do NOT include your credit card number if ordering by e-mail. VINTAGES will only process orders where complete credit card information has been provided. Upon receival of your emailed order, you will be contacted by a VINTAGES Sales Centre representative for credit card information.
If you are using MS Excel 2007, we ask that you save a copy which is compatible with 97-2003 before emailing to us.
Fax Ordering
If you do not have Excel 1997 or higher, use our online orderform (PDF). Print it out, fill it in, and fax it to us at:416-365-5777 or toll-free 1-800-282-2197.
Tip: if sending your order by fax, always retain your fax transmission report.

ORDER PAYMENT DETAILS
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payment information must be provided at time of ordering. Upon receival of your order you will be contacted by a VINTAGES Sales Centre representative for credit card information.
Credit Card: Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Credit card payments are processed when your order is confirmed.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped directly to the VINTAGES/LCBO store of your choice, free of charge. Delivery is normally within 10-15 business days; please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery during launch periods. For a list of the stores nearest you, please visit our website at: Store Directory. Please note that we do not ship outside of the province of Ontario.
PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
Upon payment of your order, you will receive a receipt by mail. Your order will be shipped to the LCBO store indicated on your receipt and a store associate will notify you when it arrives. We ask that you pick up your order within 30 days of notification as our retail stores are not designed to accommodate longterm storage. When picking up your order, simply present your receipt at the store as proof of payment, along with the credit card used for payment.

AIR MILES®
Earn AIR MILES® reward miles with your CLASSICS orders! Simply provide your AIR MILES® number at the time of ordering and we take care of the rest. If you are faxing, mailing or e-mailing your order, you must include your AIR MILES® number on your order form to receive credit. We regret that AIR MILES® cannot be credited after the order has been paid.
PARTICIPATION IN CUSTOMER SURVEYS
The LCBO periodically uses market research consultants to conduct surveys and obtain feedback from our customers on products, service and other topics. Names may be selected from the Classics Catalogue subscription or monthly VINTAGES Release lists. Please be assured that customer privacy is maintained at all times. We only provide the consultants with information that is needed (such as name and telephone number) to contact our customers and ask for their participation. Survey responses are summarized by the consultant before being reported to the LCBO.
Participation in these surveys is optional. If you have already participated in one of the surveys, we thank you. We depend on your feedback for continuous improvement.
