E-mailed, faxed and mailed orders received any time before Tuesday, May 11, 6:00pm EST will be processed before telephone ordering begins on Friday, May 21.

VINTAGES will continue to accept orders after 6pm on Tuesday, May 11, however, priority will be given to those orders received by the deadline.

We will confirm your order by phone.

After initial processing of e-mail, fax, and mail orders, telephone ordering begins at 9:00am, Friday, May 21, 2010.

Remember, not all products will be available by the time telephone ordering begins! Phone orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Per-Customer Limits

We do our best to secure enough stock to satisfy all customer orders. We regret that sometimes customer demand may exceed supply. In order to distribute the products more equitably throughout customer orders, all products in this offer are subject to per-customer limits. To ensure adherence to per-customer limits and maximize distribution of limited products to our customers, individual credit cards may only be applied to one order.

Order Processing

Due to the limited nature of Classics Collection products, all products in this program are allocated randomly by our ordertaking system. Any over-sold products are subject to per-customer limits, with 2 bottles generally being the minimum for 750 mL bottles. We regret that some products are so highly requested that our supply may reach zero before all orders receive an allocation.

Delivery

Upon confirmation and payment of your order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to the LCBO store of your choice. A store representative will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Please take along your final receipt as proof of purchase upon pick up. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification.
