Celebrating Wolf Blass

Celebrate the legacy of Wolfgang Blass. Named Winemaker of the Year three times at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London, England (1992, 2002 and 2013), Wolf Blass is one of the most famous personalities in the wine world. There will never be another Wolf Blass.

This evening also presents an opportunity to taste and buy Wolf Blass Gold Label wines as well as the rare first vintage of ‘The Master’, a black-label single-vineyard Cabernet Shiraz from the exceptional 2012 vintage, created as an homage to Wolf Blass.

Celebrity Chef Matthew Stowe presents a personally designed menu and will speak about the pairings. After graduating from New York’s prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 2002, Matthew Stowe honed his craft at that city’s famed French restaurant Lutèce until 2004. In 2013, he was named Canada’s Top Chef. Today he is product-development chef at Cactus Club restaurants and the executive chef at Sonora Resort in B.C.
