RP: 87-89
TASTING NOTE: A potential sleeper of the vintage, this Merlot-dominated blend reveals an exuberantly fruity, lush wine with lots of black currant, cherry, and plum-like fruit. Full-bodied and fleshy, it is ideal for drinking during its first 5-6 years of life. Drink: 2010-2016. Score: 87-89 (RP)

TASTING NOTE: Made by the head of the faculty of the Bordeaux School of Oenology, Professor Denis Dubourdieu, the 2009 Reynon exhibits a deep ruby/purple color along with beautiful notes of kirsch and flowers. It is the finest example I have ever tasted of Reynon, a supple, hedonistic wine with lots of character. Enjoy it over the next 4-5 years. (Tasted once.) Drink: 2010-2015. Score: 88-89 (RP)
